- Security Deposit: $1,000 (or one month's rent on monthly rentals) to hold property for vacation rental
- Rental fees include: electricity, water, pool and yard service.
- Rental fees do not include 11.4% accomodation tax.
- Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 11 a.m.
- Any functions at the property must be cleared with rental agent.
- Departure cleaning fee: $250
- Maid service available.
- Security Deposit minus any excess cleaning, telephone, or damage charges will be refunded 14 days following departure.
- Tenant will use calling cards for long distance calls.
- Home should be left in same condition as when tenant took occupancy.
- All personal belongings must be removed from the premises upon departure.
- Keys and gate openers must be returned to property manager upon departure.
