US funds only. * Rental fees include: electricity, water, and yard service. * Rental fees do not include 11.4% accomodation tax. * Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 11 a.m. * Any functions at the property must be cleared with rental agent. * Departure cleaning fee: $250 * Maid service available. * Security Deposit minus any excess cleaning, telephone, or damage charges will be refunded 14 days following departure. * Tenant will use calling cards for long distance calls. * Home should be left in same condition as when tenant took occupancy. * All personal belongings must be removed from the premises upon departure. * Keys must be returned to property manager upon departure.
